Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company, Jaewoong Cho (the “Company”), and users in connection with the use of Tajagi Studio (the “Service”) provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• “Service” means all features provided by the Company, including the writing editor, AI plot coach, and management of works, characters, and relationship boards.
• “User” means a member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• “Content” means all creative works and data a user enters or saves in the Service, such as manuscripts, settings, characters, and relationship boards.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

The Company posts these Terms on the initial or a linked screen of the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law; when amending, it will announce the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes that are disadvantageous or material to users). A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may terminate the service agreement.

Article 4 (Formation of the Service Agreement)

The service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms and to the collection and use of personal data, expresses intent to join via a method designated by the Company such as social login (Google), and the Company accepts it. Children under 14 may not join the Service.

Article 5 (Rights in Content)

Copyright in content created by a user belongs to the user. The Company uses content only to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service (e.g., storage, backup, and processing for AI features), and does not disclose content externally or provide it to third parties without the user’s consent. However, to the extent necessary to provide AI features, part of the content may be processed by entrusted processors or processed overseas; details are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Notice on AI Features)

The output of AI features such as the AI plot coach is for reference only and its accuracy or suitability is not guaranteed. Users must review AI suggestions and apply them at their own discretion, and the Company is not liable for results arising from the use of AI output, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users must not create or store content that infringes others’ rights or violates laws or public order and morals, and are responsible for securely managing their account information.

Article 8 (Change/Suspension of the Service)

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons, and will give prior notice for material changes.

Article 9 (Termination/Withdrawal)

A user may request withdrawal at any time via in-service features or at [email protected]. Upon withdrawal, the Company destroys personal data and content in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, the user’s fault, or failures of third-party services (authentication, AI, hosting, etc.), to the extent permitted by applicable law. Users are advised to back up important content regularly.

Article 11 (Governing Law/Dispute Resolution)

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to use of the Service are brought before the competent court under applicable law.
